Text and Font doing random things.

    My brother has a Toshiba Satellite C660 Laptop, and when he is composing text in MS Word, the font size may change randomly or the text may jump to the bottom of the screen.
    Apparently this has been happening for some time and apart from low value reviews on this Toshiba laptop, could this be an MS Word problem or a computer problem?
    The laptop is running Windows 7 Premium and MS Word 2010. Neil.

    I would seek out the file called Normal.dotm and delete it... It's the default template file for MS Word. It'll get recreated next time he opens Word.
