Resolved [System unstable after cold boot - OK on warm boot]

Basically the same thing G.skill said they asked that I send all my memory in for replacements first if the problem is still present they will assist me in tweaking the memory till its stable. as of now the memory is on its way to g.skill for RMA

 

All better now

I sent my ram in for a RMA and to my surprise my issue had cleared up
I had replaced ram be for but I suppose that means nothing if I had bad ram from the get go, I guess the replacement ram could be bad also, so when in doubt replace the suspected part again you may just get a second bad part.
