    SOMETIMES WHEN I SWITCH FROM ONE IDENTY TO ANOTHER IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS IT DISAPPEARS AND I CAN'T GET IT BACK, UNLESS I RESTART. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

    Known issue.
    There is now a fix for this on the Windows Update site.
