If you took the trouble to read some of the posts/announcements you would be aware that the Public beta was released this week.

Why? - we are all interested in this new OS and, provided that the beta is not installed on a mission critical computer it is a safe practice. I have installed it as a dual boot with Vista Business on my secondary desktop.

Feedback from beta experience on a large scale enables Microsoft to iron out the bugs before the general release.

How would you otherwise think we'll be able to answer questions about the OS?

and how do you think they got their MVP title for? :p

Well, my respect to you guys. haha.

BTW, i found this article about the preview of Windows 7 in "http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/reviews/index.cfm?reviewid=106237&pn=13 "
and i'm quite amaze and happy about the new features they are adding in.

One question, is it recommendable for me to try out this windows 7 in dual boot mode without any OS experience? (only experience is to learn from you guys? ^^)

I am afraid i have difficulties in removing it, and only 1 hard drive (300g) that already takes up 50% of my HD.

But trying out win 7 seems to be very fun! ^^ :D
