Every time I turn my Computer on, the first screen I get is for INTEL (their LOGO). It then goes to a screen listing my memory/devices etc. stops and tells me to push F4 to continue. Until I push F4 Windows will not boot. Intel says it's probably software (Windows XP Home) related and Microsoft says it's something to do with the BIOS on the Motherboard (Intel D865GBF). Does anybody have any idea on how to solve my problem?

We would be better placed to assist if we had full details of your system - 32 bit OS is not very informative :)

Guide to filling out your System Details

Press F4 to Resume appears to be an Intel function - I use AMD exclusively.

So if you have a floppy try disconnecting it temporarily and see if the problem is resolved.

It may also be caused by the Chassis intrusion security feature - Section 4.5 of the manual
Check that this is disabled in BIOS.
