    Thats a hard question.
I checked back over logs and I really can't make a ruling.

Think back to when you first noticed something being not right with your computer.
And infection usually starts showing it's ugly self right away, one way or another.

Have you used the external or USB since the infection, or do you think you used the USB and then was infected?
Someone use the machine and also use your external or use their USB drive?
I looked back over CF logs and I don't see anything that would point to a Flash/USB infection.

Can you attach the external drive and let your antivirus scan it out?

Let me leave you those thoughts and you hash over what you think happened.

Please take the time to read over a few of my preventive tips.

Neither the USB or external HD were connected when I started having trouble.
It started after I visited a Myspace or facebook type site, Zorpia.
I will go through all the links and stuff later when I can get on.
Thank you for your time and help!

While the computer was infected, were the devices used?
If not they should be clear.

    Safe surfing.

No I haven't used the usb or external HD in a month or so, so they should be clean then. I've had the computer online now for a day and have not had any AVG warnings or IE lauching 30 windows at a time or anything.
Thanks again for all your help Juliet.
