Something wrong with "Creative Sound Blaster 16 Plug and Play"

    When I right-click "My Computer," then click the "Device Manager," then go to the "Sound, video and game controllers" thing, there is an exclamation mark next to the "Creative Sound Blaster 16 Plug and Play." I think this is why I can't play any sounds on my computer. How do I fix it? Please help!!!!!

    What OS are you using - 98/xp/?

    I suggest you remove the card in Device Manager and reboot to let Windows find it again. From memory you may need the Creative CD to load the drivers.
