smart web printing prompt to install

    I have removed Smart Web Printing from Control Panel (and the printer and anything else that looks like HP) I can not find it anywhere to uninstall because it is not installed. Can anyone tell me how to stop this annoying pop up? HELP

    If you have previously tried to uninstall it and still getting the prompt
    There are a couple options, maybe
    It would be great if you could supply what operating system your running
    And if you have a 32 or 64 bit system
