Kenwes6 - if you're referring to the CoolWebSearch removal tool, since it's only a removal tool, it won't do much good to run it (won't hurt anything either, I suppose) unless CoolWebSearch weasels its way into your computer again.

On the other hand, if you're referring to Spybot or AdAware, it's a good idea to update and run either, or both, of those programs at least once a week to keep all the other nasties at bay.
