    Evan; I also found this on google;
You cannot delete unallocated space on your hard drive. Unallocated means the space is not a partition nor used for anything.

You can add the space to another partition or create a new partition using the unallocated space.

These depend on where the space is located relative to the other partitions and how many partitons you already have.

Can you post a new screenshot of the Disk Management window showing the partitions in your next reply so I can see what is going on? Thanks.

Evan, even though the problem with delay and freezing of my mouse as well as opening applications has lessened, it is still around. Was there anything else I needed to delete in autoruns?

Please follow the instructions in my guide for optimizing Windows 10 and post the requested logs here in your next reply.

As for the partitions, you need to remove the Recovery Partitions using EaseUS partition manager. See this link for instructions, How to delete a partition.

Evan, Unfortunately, the EaseUS program is only a trial edition. I would have to purchase the full version @ $59 which is a waste of money for the problem. I can have it taken to local tech for less than that.

I had you download the free version. You should be able to erase the partitions using that program.

Sorry about that it kept putting a screen up to purchase full version so I missed the final step. Here is screenshot after deleting partitions. I am unable to delete the unallocated ones.

Ok great. Now in Disk Management you need to extend your current partitions if you want to use the rest of that unallocated disk space.

You don't have to extend the partitions if you don't want to but you should only extend the Windows partition which is where Windows is installed.

Have you started on the steps in my optimization guide?

Here is screenshot of Disk Management. After deletion of partitions. I am not going to worry about the 2 unallocated partitions because I am not sure of myself in trying to extend Windows Partition. I really don't need the extra space anyway.
As for the optimization have gone through much of it and computer is back to normal with most problems gone. Thanks for your help.

Ok fair enough. Can you post the requested logs from steps 15-22 in your next reply so I can see if any malware has been removed from your machine?

Click Start< Control Panel< Uninstall a program and remove the following items:

    Bandizip
    Lenovo Dynamic Brightness System
    Lenovo Eye Distance System
    Lenovo Photos
    Lenovo Power2Go
    Lenovo PowerDVD10
    Lenovo Rescue System
    Skype Click to Call
    Sophos Virus Removal Tool
    Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant

Dwnload Zoek.exe and continue following the above instructions.

I still need the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log and the SecurityCheck logs.

Just how long does Zoek take to complete its task? It has been running and seems to be stuck on the last entry (Firefox Extensions @14:09). It is now 18:45. I have posted a screenshot of the script.
Also there doesn't seem to be a way to end the task other than shutting down the system.

I couldn't seem to upload the file to previous post so I'll try here. Sorry no luck. Zoek.txt will not upload for whatever reason.

Are you paying for Bitdefender Antivirus? Did Zoek finish running or did you reboot before it completed?

Yes, I purchased Bitdefender for 2 years. Seems to be doing a pretty good job. Also after 5 hours, I just shut the computer down.
