I am dealing with a legacy Windows Server 2003 installation. The owners want to move off of it but it'll be over a year before the production applications will be ready for installation.

In the meantime, they want to make Windows 2003 as "safe" as possible. This means migrating to the latest service pack. They are currently operating under SP 2. Were there any issues that resulted from migrating from Windows Server 2003 SP2 to SP3?

    Thanks!

Migrating? I guess just updating the OS is all that it takes. Any problems should have been well documented by now.

Then again, there's no such thing as SP3:

    Thanks, Arie

I started my inquires first on WindowsBBS and continued elsewhere as well.

This is probably the easiest bit of research I've done in quite a while. :D

    Again, thanks!
