    Cant get my security center to work on xp home,
    got hold of a xp disc, went to command prompt typed sfc/scannow and let run but didnt do any good,
    now wen i try to repair xp booting from cd it asks me for administrator password which i dnt know as bought laptop with installed software.
    also can get certain software to run on laptop is this possible due to needing security certified. any ideas guys thanks
