You'll need to unzip the file by double clicking on it, and then double click on setup.exe to start installation.

Right click on the zipped folder and click extract all. A Unzip extracting wizard will pop up. Follow the directions in the wizard to extract the zipped folder. After its extracted open the folder and double click on setup.exe to start the installation.

    It doesn't matter.
    Follow my instructions.

One thing at a time, please.

    You're doing fine :)
In Windows Explorer got Tools>Folder options>View tab
UN-check Hide extensions for known file types
    Click OK.
Restart Windows Explorer, and you should see setup.exe

As I said, we need to proceed one step at a time.
    Did you..
In Windows Explorer (NOT Internet Explorer) got Tools>Folder options>View tab
UN-check Hide extensions for known file types
    Click OK.
Restart Windows Explorer, and you should see setup.exe in downloaded, and unzipped folder.

I have now run setup.exe and rebooted comp twice, so I think we can safely say that the driver is installed? I have gone back to Device manager and there is still a Yellow ? and when I click on Other devices it still comes up with a yellow? I have also unchecked Hide extentions for known file types?? Am I up to date with you now lol
