Scroll arrows now appear

    Why do scroll up and down arrows appear now when you get part way down a page and aren't there in the beginning?

    That's how it is programmed. No need to show it if you don't want/need to scroll.

    Just curious. The scroll bar is there then this pops up.

    Yea, it is 'addon' software. I find it useful to use for the 'longer' threads.

    The scroll arrows are mainly for use on mobile devices such as tablets and phones, which do not use the scrollbar because scrolling is done by swiping. I like the arrows, easier and faster than the scrollbar.

    Sometimes on a phone if you touch to long, it will make the picture do something different. I like the Scroll bar and the swipe method myself. :p
