I really did expect that to fix you up.
This is really bizarre having the voltages remain low like that.

has your driver and manual downloads.

All I can think of based on the manual (See page 4-22) is that you have a 4x agp card and it is autosetting to 1.54V and this is what the sensor is reporting. I haven't seen this before, but it would explain your readings.

    Does it still lock up?

Is it dusty inside the case? Anything obstructing the airflow around the fan on the processor?

    o-oh!!!

the fan on the motherboard(??? the sml one not in the power supply) is a little dusty... Can I just clean it with a rag? Uh... This computer is getting to be a bit of a joke!

Here's an excerpt from my computer report...

    Current AGP Speed 4x

I'm out of my league here. I can replace stuff... Hmm... I'll turn on the computer and leave it on for a while... See if it still turns off.

I'll start reading the manual you linked me, thanks :)

Ahh, this could be the cause of freezes ; overheating the processor.
No you do not clean it with a rag. They make cans of dry compressed air (Dust off) to clean inside computers.
You take it and using short blasts (so the expanding air does not make things cold enough to condense moisure from the air) blow all the dust off the fan and heatsink. While you are at it , blow all the dust out of the case.
Dust is a good insulator heatwise and it will create drag slowing down the fan so it cannot spin as fast and can't keep the processor cool. It did not look like you were overheating, but maybe it warms up after being on for a while.

When you blow the air on it, if it doesn't rotate freely it needs to be replaced, and wuoldn't use the computer until it is; if it stops altogether the motherboard will need replacing.
