rundll.exe error when trying to logout

    I keep getting a rundll.exe error when i try to logout of my account on my laptop.
    I also get weird popups and a new home page on my internet explorer page even after setting my home page.

    i ran malwarebytes and scanned and removed what it found but still acting the same.

    need some assistance since i dont know what else to do to fix my laptop.
