RUNDLL - Error Loading

    For a week or so now on boot up I receive the following message:
    RUNDALL
    X
    Error Loading:
    c:\WINDOWS|Spadaliyunolife.dat
    The Specified module could not be found.

    I click OK and it goes away until my next boot up - any ideas how I can get rid for good? I've tried Adaware, Spybot, PC Pitstop Optimize3, Ccleaner etc.
    I've also tried searching M/S & Google and it doesn't show up anywhere.
