Resolved Run a DLL as an App error

    Thats the thing
    It says press F11 when recovery message is on the screen
    But there is no recovery message

    well actually my problem is solved.I had to go into my BIOS SETTING and make it go to a diffrent location.Then i reinstalled windows .Thanks alot man
