Resolved restore pc to factory settings

    I want to restore my pc back to when it was new, have no cd,restore points dont work, its a windows xp 2002 service pack 3. Not worried about loosing items. tried f8 key when booting up, didnt know where to go from there

    To restore to factory settings you'll need CD's or a recovery partition on your hard drive.

    If you complete your system specifications we may be in a position to help.

    If this is your main system it would be helpful if you add your system details to your profile. Please click on the link and follow those instructions it could save some time when resolving this or further issues.

    A common error is to forget to show your system details in your profile
