    It wasnt the zip can you tell me was this a 32bit file

    thank you so much it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Idownloaded the first one it worked i dont kmow how to tell it was 32 bits Sorry for all ttrouble

    You're welcome :) I should have spotted that it was the x64 file which you posted as there was no x64 version of Windows 2000.

    At least you got there in the end and increased your knowledge!!

    one more question does can i delete that file or does that file allow me to open other files now

    What file? Again please be more specific.

    Anyway, once installed it's safe to delete either or both of the winzip/ffdshow setup files, but you should really keep them in case you need them in the future.

    I tried to download it. It asked some questions that I guessed on. it wasnt right so I want to delete to start from fresh. My son uses the file he can help me. He wasnt home last nite to ask.

    I'm going to leave this thread now because I simply do not have the time to decipher your posts. Perhaps someone else will come along to assist you.

    Sam, when you ask about a file tell us the name of it and when you want to add more to a post just click on the EDIT button in the bottom right hand corner of your last post. You can then add to the post instead of adding another seperate post. You only need to enter a new post when you are replying.
