Resolved Reset windows password?

    Is there a way to reset a Windows 10 password? My daughter changed hers and now what she remembers it to be, won't let her in. This is for a Lenovo Flex 4 touchscreen.

    It is not a Microsoft account, but a local user account, so I can't just go to microsoft.com and tell them to reset it. It is the only account on the computer.

    Now that I think about it, either re-setting it, or simply a way to view the current one, would be fine. Whichever is easier.

    As a Lifetime Subscriber your thread won't get deleted. Keeping it has some use as others may do a search for a similar subject. That said, we cannot provide the means to recover the password as the Terms of Service forbid it.
