Requesting assistance removing fake SPYBOT S&D and fake Yahoo! Messenger

It appears these programs are keyloggers. Not sure where I picked them up, but they've just appeared in the last 24 hours.

The first appears to have manifested itself as SPYBOT - Search and Destroy, and is running as an active task of some kind.

The second claims that it is Yahoo! Messenger, but it remains active after I shut down the real Yahoo! Messenger.

I have ran a basic Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scan, and after running for 8 minutes or so, it claims it has found nothing.

How do I get rid of think junk?

Any help is appreciated.
