Replacing PSU on a Small Form Factor Dell Optiplex

Sorry for the delay: Due to physical reasons I have not been able to work on the PC so I have nothing to add for now. You all (hawk22, MrBill also) have been VERY helpful and I really appreciate it! and I hope to (am sure to) solve the problem with your help!
