[Inactive] Removing SMART HDD

I didnt see any topics on this SMART HDD so please help. I need help in fixing my computer. Today my computer was redirected and a program called SMART HDD. took over my programs on my computer. I looked it up and saw that SMART HDD is suppose to be some sort of maleware that shuts down programs and says its doing a diagnostic ck. Then it asks you to buy it but according from what i read, it is a fake program. I have AVG Anti virus and when i was running it, SMART HDD shut down my whole computer. Eventually, I got it to reboot again but I see none of my desktop items except for the explorer. I can see most of the stuff in the computer under the start up tab. However, I need to try to remove the SMART HDD. What is the best maleware program or what can i do to remove this. The SMART HDD wont let me uninstall it. and i get this error messag that the device has a word error. Im trying to not have to do a total recovery here due to I think that maybe once I get a maleware program that will unlock and remove SMART HDD from my computer, it will restore and show all of my desktop files. Thanks for your help.

PS: one of the errors that appears is " a write command during the test has failed to complete" I dont think this is the computer error but a message from the SMART HDD program to try to get me to re run it. which i wont do. Also, I didnt send you a diagnostic cause everytime i do something, it makes a message appear from the program like the write command one. Thanks again.
