    Pete ... I couldn't figure out how to open up the System.ini file in notepad.

    So ... what I did was run the System Configuration Utility and uncheck the SSKEY entry ... and that took care of the message.
    It all seems so simple now ... but it never occurred to me to try that until you suggested the manual edit.

    For future reference ...

    Locate System.ini in the Windows folder > right click > Open.

    System.ini will open in Notepad and may be edited.
