Active Ran Malwarebytes now can't open programs

    Yeah, you may need to reinstall....
    I could provide you with a copy of rundll32.exe from my Windows XP, and we could try to copy it from recovery console, but I'm even not sure, if my file will work for you.
    In any case, let me know.
