Inactive Programs not starting, task manager not starting or freezing.

    That's fine, as long as you have some other machine to read this thread and communicate with me.
    No more system restore for now.
    We have some other tools, we can use to access your computer, even, if it's not bootable.

    Re-run MBAM and Combofix (use rKill, safe mode, if necessary...you know the drill by now :)).

    Okay, so run ComboFix normally in Safe Mode after MBAM?

    Whichever mode it'll run (possibly with rKill help).

    MalwareBytes came up clean. Running Combofix now.
