I have a program thats crashing and I did an analyze -v on the dmp file and it looks like it happens in the file mfc100u. I'm just looking for advice on what I should do next. Any tips?

    Thanks!

Joesamo. Try running through the steps in post #4 from here, mfc100u.dll is missing and see if that helps to resolve the problem.

What is the name of the program that is crashing?

    Lots of stuff here:
    Google

Most autodesk inventor crashes seem to be graphics related and solved by:
Start up Inventor and go to Tools -> Application Options -> Hardware -> check Software Graphics option... "enabling software acceleration does stop the crashing "

Hey you do know that the file is not missing on these machines though i can find it no problem. This is effecting over 30 machines right now. It happens in autodesk inventor when you drop a ball on a 90 degree angled plane.

I would try updating the video driver to the latest version and see if that solves the issue for you. Do you know how to do this procedure?

Did you try following methods 1-4 in the link that I posted to see if those suggestions make any difference?

Yeah before I even came here to post this I had found that article and tried those methods and unfortunately no difference. I'm not sure if this ones going to be easily solvable without intervention from Autodesk themselves.

Yeah I'm out of ideas on this. It seems its an issue with that particular program rather than with Windows itself so I would contact Autodesk support and see what they have to say about the error message that you are getting.
