Resolved Power Up Question

    I'm marking this issue resolved but only because there is no option for the unexplained. For no apparent reason, after removing the PSU to test it and replacing it, it started working. I can only hope it will not reoccur. A loose connection is the only explanation I can come up with, which means re-occurrence is possible.
