PC will start but won't bootup

    Look and see if all the wires coming out of the PSU go to things like the MOBO, HD, CD/DVD and some just hanging there not being used is the easiest way that I know to explain it. Most of the ones that went to the Button looked like a small black extension cord and was round.

    Just realized you posted the model. You have the new PS. Not the old one that has the wire from the PS to the button.
