PC Performance when using web based application

    I am using a web based software --amtdirect.com--

    whenever I use the software located on this website IE7 really lags and also it brings down my performace on my computer.

    I have a desktop with 2 Gigs of memory

    Would it be the processor? Should I get a new computer?
