Hi right I found your system specs.

The memory you say you have in there is supposed to run at 2.1v not 1.9v.

Also when running 8GB of memory you might need to push your northbridge MCH voltage up about 0.1-0.35v to get it stable sometimes even a little bit more.

I would give that ago. Make sure you only put it up in small increments as you might fry your board. I would not go higher than 0.35v over specification.

Try this as it might make the machine stable. Don't be tempted to push it too far.

I had this problem with my ABIT P35 board running 8GB.

The setting you need to change is:

(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [Normal] << Set +0.1-0.35 (Start with maybe .10) and work upto .35 until stable.

    Tom :)

Tom, if you'd follow this thread more carefully you'll see he already solved the issue by moving to Windows7. I also had quite a similar issue and while increasing the voltage of the mem to 2.0 or 2.1 solved the issue for a little while but it didn't hold for long.
I also changed the MCH voltage up and updated the bios to its latest and nothing really helped. So win7 was the only solution it appears.
