Other pci bridge device not installed

INSTALLED XP OPERATING SYSTEM EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE IN DEVICE MANAGER EXCEPT OTHER PCI BRIDGE DEVICE. WENT TO COMPAQ (HP) SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS AND DID NOT FIND DOWNLOAD DEVICE. i DON NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE. CAN ANYONE HELP ME.
