Opening screen

    The splash page for opening windows on my mother's computer accidently has an added profile. I've created this error once before and was given the solution but I have forgotten it. Using the traditional methods of removing administrators or profiles from the login page has no listings for this to be found.

    None of this works. There is no sign of the additional account other than on the splash screen. Windows defaults to this orphaned account and then tells me the password is wrong. This is not an unknown issues but it seems to be difficult to trace either the reason or the repair.
