Opening exe file on cd rom disc

    I have a problem opening an exe file I put on a cd rom. I am inserting it in a laptop dell computer. It will read and execute any other file except an exe. Is there a way to allow me to adjust something to overcome the restrictions???

    Drag the .exe file onto your desktop and run it. If you are on Windows 7, right click and run as admin.
