My Win98 "Outlook Express" is presenting the following message
    when opening incoming mail.

"OE has removed the following unsafe attachments in your mail "

And YES, all attachments have been removed. The mail has come from an XP machine (of mine), which is clean & constantly Nortoned.. ? And generally the attachments themselves are simple non interactive mail files.
    help please

To uncheck the security option in OE:

    1. Open OE 6.0.
    2. Click Tools, point to Options, and then click the Security tab.
    3. Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. "
    4. Click OK.

    Hope this helps!
