What is the program you are trying to install - it sounds as if it is not compatible with Windows 7.

We encourage all members to complete their System Specifications which help us to help you :)

You post Windows 7 x64 yet 'My System' - which is incomplete, states 32 bit.

NTVDM.EXE is a 16-bit Windows NT Virtual DOS Machine for 32-bit Windows OS.

Since you have 64-bit Windows you are unable to run 16-bit.

IAW: the software you are trying to install isn't compatible. You'll have to tun it in Windows XP mode in Windows Virtual PC (or any other virtualization software).
