[Inactive] No pop-ups, but things playing in background

Heres whats going on. First off I am running Vista Home Basic 32 in case you need to know.

The problem I am having is whether I am doing anything on the computer or not, every 5 to 10 minutes a gamefly commercial starts playing in the background. No pop up or anything that I can see, just the sound and the music of the commercial.

I have checked the running processes, and do not see anything out of the ordinary running when this happens. I have also cleared my cookies and temp internet files. I also did a scan with adaware.

I am guessing this is something in the registry. Im at work right now, but I thuoght I would come on here and ask if any of you guys have any experience with this type of virus/spyware.
