Window 10 anniversary updated (windows 10, 64 bit home) my Lenovo N586 notebook. Now I have a problem with my wifi and lan. Neither will get me on the internet. Worked fine before the update using windows 10. The notebook can pick up the sign and I can put my code in, but I get “No Internet, Secured” when I look at networking settings. So far I made sure I have the latest drivers, Removed both from the network adapters in the device manage and it reinstalled after a reboot. Then I removed everything that was listed under network adapters and let windows reinstall them after a reboot. I even install a USB wifi. I got the same message with that. My tablet and phone have no problem. My desktop and blu-ray disc player using a lan connection work fine too. Hope someone has some idea what I could try.

Thanks Tony. I will give that a try tomorrow, if I have power. Been busy today getting ready for Hurricane Matthew.

Been reading posts at various forums with this same problem with wifi after the anniversary update and this seems to be the only solution:

"Go back to a previous build" in Settings > Update & security > Recovery to roll back from the anniversary update.

Tony that worked doing a roll back. Just three questions. Will the anniversary update try to install again and if so I can I stop that? Will I be able to install any of the other windows updates? Thank you for your help.
