    Hi Phyllis,

Sorry for the delay. :) From workgroups, Dan's, all you would see are the files being shared. I had a similar problem recently with a shared printer. Drivers loaded for appropriate OS on the XP machine that the printer is attached to, but message 'file not found' when adding printer to shared machine. I copied all the printer driver files to the other machine and when adding printer, as shared, and when prompted for files, pointed to that folder. All worked well, though there is a longer delay to start printing than I would expect. Not a big problem for me to wait an extra 30 sec. or so for a printed document.

Make sure you have the necessary drivers for that printer with W2000 OS in a folder on Dan. If nothing else, when adding and prompted such and such file not found, write it down and skip to the next until it's complete, then search the XP machine for those files and copy them to the folder on Dan, or make note of each one's path and start the setup again, pointing it to the correct location on Phyllis for each one.
