network split(or somthing like that...)

hi i have a problem and i need some help.

i havea 2Mbit/512kbit internet with a router(D-link-604) and 2 computer are using it.And both are using p2p and that is slowing down both computers internet. And i want to split it to half so it vould be 1Mbit/256Kbit for each of us.

Is it possible or noone has understand me?

Since you both seem friendly with each other, use Net Limiter:

I tried that program but utorent just ignors it. So it didnt work out...

 

Use a different client.
Net Limiter does work if you set it for the proper client.

You can ask my hacker 14-year-old.

 

it dosn't work the netlimiter dnot show the real upload and download..
the netlimite show that its uploding with 5 KB but Utorent show tht he upload 13KB. pls tell me mak it work propely

 

ok ia managed to make it work(1 option was turned off thats why it woludt work)

But now i havea another problem:

the netlimiter just restart my computer without any warnings!!
What the heck is going on with this program???
