OK, customer is having a printing issue and I will explain all details.

They have a 4 PC peer network. Two machines are Apple iMACs and they run Win XP Pro in virtual machines. One machine is XP Pro and the one with issues is Win7 Pro 64-bit.

One of the IMac's virtual machine is the master PC/Server of the network. Anyways introducing the Win7 machine to the network was no problem. It has access to the QB file, the Internet and Local Network and the printer upstairs which is a Brother.

The problem is printing to an HP AIO C4680 installed on the XP Pro PC. I can find it in the network and add it to the machine but every time I go to do a test print it fails. How can it be added to the machine successfully and not print?

I am new with 64-bit systems. Again the Win7 is 64-bit and it can't print to the XP Pro which is 32-bit.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Mike
