Netscape mail folder being processed-Huh??

    I couldn't find the hotfix referred to above, but once I managed to get my inbox compacted, the problem seems to have stayed resolved. I did run Live Update again today, in hopes that it contains this hotfix. In any case, it beats setting up another profile! Fingers crossed, I thank all of you for your help with this now-banished problem!

    Thanks for the feedback. You need to keep a lean/small Inbox file, and compact frequently. You might want to check this page on how to do so: Preventive Browser Maintenance
