Resolved Need help flashing bios with a bin file

I am finally back...thanks very much for your patience...I have reviewed the past postings and the "ntldr is missing" still comes up. I inserted the OE XP home cd and it tries to run the setup but hangs in "Windows Executive" loading files. I did use Darens Boot & Nuke and completely removed old partitions as well. I did not do the bios update sine the system already has 3.04 and other opinion in this forum says it won't help...Have I got mbr corruption???

 

Ok, finally solved the ntldr problem. I still cannot install the os. I have replaced the hd, cd drive, memory, ps and cmos battery. I have successfully flashed the bios as well. I cannot even get to post......I am thinking motherboard....?????
