Moving Task bar from the top of the screen back to the bottom

    That will not work. Now if you LEFT click + hold down... YES, that works (as it's supposed to).

    Now that does work but the bar should move with the left key down.

    Appearently it worked for him with the Rt button!

    I think something is wrong with his mouse reversed buttons?

    Well! I guess this is enough about this!

    Yes, he could have (knowingly or not) switched the functionality (as seems that the writer of that article has) :confused:
