    Uninstall Combofix:
Go Start > Run [Vista users, go Start> "Start search"]
    Type in:
    Combofix /Uninstall
Note the space between the "Combofix" and the "/Uninstall "
Click OK (Vista users - press Enter).
    Restart computer.

Still no access to normal mode?

Oh I have access to normal mode; im just not confident it'll remain on very long. Going to try it now. I just uninstalled combofix.
    UPDATE:
Just booted up and it wouldn't quite get into windows (normal mode) so didn't even quite load up & now it's blank screen.

I had checked these files on google PCSBoff.exe and PCSBclean.exe and they look like bad buggers (they were in the HijackThis log).
Can no longer access normal mode "at all" now. Back in safemode, please advise,

Well, we had some bad files, but nothing so serious as to prevent the computer from loading normal mode.

I want you try couple of things.
Turn the computer off, open the case and see, if it's dirty inside.
If so, get a can of compressed air and clean it well.
While the side panel off, turn it on and see, if all fans are running.

Let me know, what you found out.

The computer is as clean as can be.
The processor fan is working very well as is the power supply fan.
When the computer is loaded the fans come on instantly and remain on if you go into safe-mode. If you go into normal mode, the processor fan stops and the screen goes blank
The Hard disk makes a bit of a high-pitched sound.
Regardless of its cleanliness, I did use compressed air and cleaned it up for the little bit of dust that was there...which was very minimal.
The Hard drive continues to make high-pitched sound if in normal mode, safe mode, or if in normal mode when the screen goes blank.

Why would the screen go blank only in when in normal mode except for malware? Video card issue maybe? It is an onboard video card.

Presently, I am having trouble getting into safemode at all (again).
It loads up with all the "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32... "etc screen then stays there for a long time until it goes to a reboot.

    Any suggestions?

Yeah, it starts looking to me like some hardware problem....hard drive maybe?

Since we deal with security issues only in this forum, I suggest, you start new topic about your issue, under Windows forum.

Once the issues are cleared, you're welcome to return here.

Sure not a problem, Thanks again Broni!
I investigated a bit further and the motherboard transistors look a bit corroded...right near the onboard video card & processor. So im hypothesizing that when you go into normal mode its overloading either the processor (fan goes out) or the video card (monitor goes blank) but when in safemode, its low enough to function.
At any rate, I thank you a bunch for getting rid of the viruses.
    Cheers!
