Resolved Missing mfc100.dll, no access. Where to find it?

Missing mfc100.dll won't allow access to programs.
Tried reinstall. Finally got access to reinstall WordPerfect. Error message is "missing mfc100.dll."
Web search on issue gives URLs not accepted by MalwareBytes as safe.
Following instructions from Microsoft advisors does not give me safe site for download.
The sfc /scannow command is clear of integrity violations, but gives no website for mfc100.dll download
Where to find safe site for download of mfc100.dll?

 

Thank you, Christer. The new download did install. Older Visual C++ must have been faulty.
mfc100.dll now in system32.
Strange folder activity, however.. The Corel and Cyberpower folders had current dates on them. I did access Corel folder seeking program updates yesterday, but not Cyberpower today. mfc100.dll showed date modified as earlier this year. But it was not in the system before today, per searches yesterday.
Beyond me. As long as it allows installs.
