missing device drivers for modem

    from the top, there is something not right.

    I downloaded the first driver and moved it to the desktop. It is labeled DellDriverDownloadManager.application. I don't recall any option to unzip or anything like that. No sign of R120775.exe and no sign of a self extractor.

    That explains why this is not going to plan:)

    That is the software required to manage the downloads of the drivers, it should have been installed on the other computer that you are using to get the drivers. After the download manager is installed it will go on to download the first driver that you have selected.

    I'm back!

    Seems that the problem is that all I get is the DellDriverDownloadManager.

    I select the urgent drivers to download and then click on the download button. I get the popup box for the downloadmanager. I already have it on my functioning computer several times over. It's a 10k file. I can't seem to actually run the downloadmanager. How do I get past this roadblock?
