Resolved Microsoft Windows 7 updates.

Windows Updates, shows update as either "successfull" or "failed ". The non-KB updates can be accessed again and install successfully, other type of updates sometimes do install satisfactory. At least restore points will restore my computer to a working state if all fails, as the backup facility at present is non workable. I presume all updates marked "failed" will eventually be erased from the update history.
