microsoft visual c++ run time error! real player

Hi every body
first of all as you see .i am a new member here in this amazing forum
i am sure that my proplem is very common as i have seen on the web..
lets cut to the chase !
2 days ago i kind of edited some page resource in agoogle chrome browser to paste a code when i dont have the microsoft visual expi know how stupid i am ! and in the background i was running real player then suddenly when i typed that code an error message apeared and when i tried to open the real player again it showed th abnormal shudown and asked me to repaier data base when i clicked repair is starts and then it struck with this **** message error ! microsoft visual cc++ run time library and so it recoverd 1/2 of the data base clips ..i ve tried almost every thing uninstaaling the prog but keeping the library of course and installing c++ 2008 and still no good and i cant rescue losing the data base here is my hijack report
